We ONLY charge for the time our talented graphic designers, video editors, and motion graphics specialists spend working on your project. This hourly fee includes their time and creative & art direction, project management, access to necessary creative and tech software, quality assurance, and HR and admin management. By bundling these services into one hourly fee, we can provide exceptional value and ensure that your project is expertly managed and delivered to the highest standards.

Do you offer custom plans?

Yes, we do; however, we only offer customized plans for those needing something more significant than our professional plan. We can also provide a full-time dedicated team, where you will always have the same team members who only work on your tasks and projects.

What happens with the unused hours?

Unused hours are carried forward to the following months as long as your plan is active; they are always recovered. For example, if you purchase an 80 production hours per month plan and use only 50 hours in month one, the remaining 30 hours will be carried forward to the following month. If you cancel your plan, use all purchased hours, as they are non-refundable.

How do I communicate with the team?

Your primary point of contact during the project will be your assigned project manager, who will be available to you via email, Slack, or phone. We use collaborative reviewing platforms to ensure that all requests, comments and feedback are easily accessible to the entire creative team, streamlining the production process and minimizing friction. This allows us to manage your project and efficiently deliver the best possible results.

Who does the work?

Our team consists of a combination of full-time employees and carefully selected contractors. Some team members work on-site at our production studio, while others work remotely within our secure IT infrastructure. We take the utmost care to protect your information and maintain commercial confidentiality. Our team members undergo ongoing training to ensure we provide consistent, high-quality service. During your project, you will have a dedicated project manager who will be your primary point of contact and can be reached via email, Slack, or phone.

How do you keep track of the
production hours?

We will provide an estimated production duration for each task that can be approved through your secure client portal. Every production team member logs production time to the minute. Once the task is completed, the dedicated production hours will be reduced. Every week, you will get a report with the remaining hours balance.
