THE CHALLENGE

Moove, a global mobility fintech company, was preparing to expand into Latin America, specifically Colombia and Mexico. While the brand already had a strong identity and presence in other regions, it faced three main challenges:

  • Localization: Adapting its UK-driven brand and messaging to fit local driver realities and income models (drive-to-own in Colombia vs. rent-to-own in Mexico).

  • Awareness & Engagement: Introducing Moove to new markets where Uber drivers were highly active but had little exposure to Moove’s offerings.

  • Conversion Infrastructure: Creating clear, mobile-friendly landing pages in Spanish that could capture leads, integrate with HubSpot, and support local campaigns, all while remaining consistent with Moove’s brand guidelines.

 

THE SOLUTION

Room4 Media designed a step-by-step digital roadmap and executed a tailored launch package for Moove in Latin America:

  • Localized Landing Pages: Built two dedicated WordPress landing pages (co.moove.io & mx.moove.io) with localized content, Spanish copywriting, tailored pricing sections, and lead capture forms integrated with HubSpot.

  • Brand Consistency: Applied Moove’s global brand guidelines: colors, typography, motion-driven imagery, while incorporating high-quality, locally relevant visuals to resonate with drivers in each market.

Technical & Tracking Setup: Implemented responsive design, SEO optimization, and Google Analytics for performance tracking, ensuring the pages were ready to drive and measure results from Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
